Florence K Moll

Florence K. (Jones) Moll, 86, of Union Springs, NY, formerly of Freehall, Longswamp Township, died peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Twin Maples Health Care, Durham, CT, where she was a resident since September 2014. Florence was the widow of Lee K. Moll.

Born in Longswamp Township, she was a daughter of the late Russell E. and Verna M. (Sarig) Jones. She worked hard all of her life beginning as a seamstress at the Arrow Shirt Manufacturer in Fleetwood, PA, and retiring in 1992 from Wells College in Aurora, NY. Faith played a large role in her life and Florence was a longstanding member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Auburn, NY, and a former member of the United Church of Christ congregation of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny.  She had a great sense of humor and appreciated all the simple things life had to offer. Florence did a great deal of volunteer work through her church. She also enjoyed baking, gardening and travel, but her greatest joy was her family.

Florence leaves behind her Daughters, Donna K. Moll, Durham, CT; LeAnn K. (Moll) wife of John A. Ceresoli, Chittenango, NY and Marie K. Moll, Mount Rainier, MD, as well as, 4 Grandchildren, John K. Ceresoli, Stephen M. Ceresoli, Jason D. Ceresoli and Fatemma  L. Moll-Amego.  She was predeceased by Sisters, Annabelle (Jones) Gery and Mildred (Jones) Heydt; and a Brother, Harold W. Jones.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Zion's Union Church, 329 Church Road, Kutztown, with Reverend Leon W. Moll and Reverend Jeffrey J. Butz, officiating. Interment in Zion Maxatawny Union Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Wednesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church.
