Florabell C Kramer

Florabell C. (Schlegel) Kramer, 89, of Topton, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of Norman A. Kramer who died June 21, 2006.

Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Irwin and Clara (Heiter) Schlegel. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, Kutztown, where she was a Sunday School Teacher over 50 years. She was president of Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post, Mertztown. Mrs. Kramer was an assembler at Caloric Corporation, at its former Topton plant from 1948 until her retirement in 1982.

She is survived by Daughter, Gloria L. (Kramer) wife of Edwin L. Althouse, Davidsonville, MD. Also, Grandchildren, Yvonne L. (Althouse) Dedrickson, Michelle L. Althouse and Bryan L. Althouse; and Great Grandchildren, Kirsten, Alyssa and Tara Dedrickson, Evan and Keiran Althouse. Other survivors include Brothers, Wayne Schlegel, Emmaus, Grant Schlegel, Kutztown, Rayneld Schlegel, Macungie. She was predeceased by a Sister, Anna L. (Schlegel) Edinger and Brothers, Irwin Schlegel and Lee Schlegel.

Funeral Services are Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM from Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, 421 West Main Street, Kutztown, PA 19530. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Saturday, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.
