Evelyn J Kurtz

Evelyn J. Kurtz, 78, of Highland Avenue, Kutztown, died June 25, 2007 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice Unit, Allentown, where she had been a patient since June 22 ^nd . She was the wife of the late Harold K. Kurtz who died on January 14, 2007.

Born in Kutztown she was the daughter of the late Paul F. and Blanche M. (Taggart) Bock. She was a 1946 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She was the personal secretary for the Dean of Women and the Dean of Men in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s at Kutztown State Teacher’s College, now Kutztown University.

She is survived by Nephew Timothy P. Bock, Kutztown.

Funeral Services are Thursday, June 28, 2007 at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
