Eugene W. Hanes, 87, of 1 South Home Avenue, Topton, formerly of Phoenix and Strawberry, AZ died Monday, December 3, 2007 in Allentown. He was the husband of the late Beatrice (Oliansky) Hanes who died on April 30, 1996.
He is survived by Daughter, Marsha L. (Hanes) wife of James L. DeForest, Pottsville; Son, Steven J. husband of Linda E. (Rohrer) Hanes, Plano, TX; 5 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
Memorial Services are Friday, December 7, 2007, at 11:00 AM from The Lutheran Home at Topton, Tower Court Library Lounge, Topton, PA. Graveside Services are Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 9:00 AM in Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ.
Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
