Mr. Elmer Fritchman

Elmer Fritchman, 81, of Topton, and formerly of Effort, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 in The Lutheran Home at Topton. Born in Northampton County, Elmer was a son of the late Truman and Helen (Gardner) Fritchman.

Elmer was employed by the City of Bethlehem for over 30 years until his retirement, last working as the Plant Operator of the Water Department. He was a member of Ray A. Master Post 217, American Legion, Topton, and American Legion Post 724, Wind Gap, PA. He enjoyed completing his seek and find word puzzles and watching TV.

He will be missed by his three children, Michele Fritchman, Topton, Deborah Fritchman, Trexlertown and Bryan Fritchman, Bethlehem; three grandchildren, Christopher Fritchman, Hellertown, Danielle Fritchman, Trexlertown and Corey Dennis, Topton; four great-grandchildren, Logan, Gavin, Wayatt and Avery; brother, Harry J. "Jimmy" Fritchman, and his wife, Sandra, Wake Forrest, NC; and sister, Mary Ann (Serfass) Randall, Forksville, PA.

Along with his parents, Elmer was predeceased by a brother, Truman "Tubby" Fritchman, Jr.

Services for Elmer will be held privately by his family.
