Eleuterio Munoz

Eleuterio Munoz, age 76, of 4 Jay Lane, Kutztown, died Sunday, July 20, 2003, in his home. He was married to Irene (Martinez) Munoz for 52 years in March.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Eleuterio and Ramona (Santiago) Munoz. He was a textile cutter for Charter Fabrics, Manhattan, N.Y., for 17 years before retiring in 1985 and previously for the former Fiber Yarn, Manhattan, for 15 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Kutztown. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and later served in the Army Reserve.

He is survived by Wife; Sons, Nelson A. Sr. of Kutztown, Felix M. of Hemet, Calif.; Daughter, Rachel M. Romero of Flushing, N.Y.; Brothers, Pedro Baldorioty of Bronx, N.Y., Fernando Munoz of Brewster, N.Y.; Sisters, Carmen Santos of Reading, Maria Espinosa in Florida; 6 Grandchildren, a Step Granddaughter.

Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 AM Thursday, July 24, 2003, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Kutztown. Family and friends may call 8:30-9:30 AM Thursday in the church.

Contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Memorial Fund. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
