Edwin R Schadler

Edwin R. Schadler, 65, formerly of Topton and Kutztown, died Friday, February 10, 2006, in Saint Lukes Visiting Nurse In-Patient Hospice, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Yvonne E. (Scheirer) Schadler who died May 5, 2004.

Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Schadler) Lesher. He was employed for several years by Mente Chevrolet, Kutztown, as a detailer. He also worked for Schadler’s Towing, Lyon Station, as an assistant.

He is survived by twin Sons, Corey D. Schadler, Macungie (Lower Macungie Twp., Lehigh County), Shawn R. Schadler, Wescosville (Upper Macungie Twp., Lehigh County); Step Sons, Keith A. Noll, Florida, Kenneth L. Noll, Kentucky, Kevin B. Noll, Alburtis (Longswamp Twp., Berks County); Step Daughter, Karen D. (Noll) Bechtel, Allentown (South Whitehall Twp.); Sister, Mary Lou (Schadler) Wessner, Hamburg; Stepsister, Betsy (Lesher) Bortz, Kutztown; 1 Grandson, 9 Step Grandchildren, 2 Great Step Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, February 15, 2006, 8:00 PM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Inurnment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood (Maidencreek Twp.) is private at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Wednesday, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
