Edna M Weiser

Edna M. Weiser, 86, formerly of East High Street, Topton, died Saturday, February 9, 2008 in The Lutheran Home at Topton where she most recently resided. She was the widow of Warren C. Rohrbach who died in 1971 and William O. Weiser who died in 1989.

Born in Rockland Township, she was a daughter of the late Lester G. and Alice M. (Hertzog) Hilbert. She worked as a sewing machine operator for 32 years at the former Marcus Manufacturing Company, Topton, until her retirement in 1983. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton.

She is survived by Son, Ronald R. Rohrbach, Mertztown; Daughter-in-Law, Faye (Oswald) widow of predeceased Son Warren D. Rohrbach, Mertztown; Brothers and Sisters, Carrie E. (Hilbert) widow of Wilson Rohrbach, a resident of The Lutheran Home at Topton, Helen P. (Hilbert) widow of Wayne R. Kunkelman, Kutztown, Florabelle C. (Hilbert) widow of Milton Christman, Muhlenberg Township, Betty M. (Hilbert) Matthew, Fleetwood, Joyce A. (Hilbert) widow of Delmar Eisenhard, Emmaus, Lester C. husband of Roxie (Geisinger) Hilbert, Topton, Fern E. (Hilbert) wife of Joel Readinger, Oley, Shirley J. (Hilbert) wife of George Ream, Kutztown, Clarence L. husband of Patricia (Boyer) Hilbert, Macungie, Marlene R. (Hilbert) wife of Nicholas Diachynsky, Barto, Melvin R. husband of June (Esposito) Hilbert, Lititz, Lancaster County, Harold G. widower of Judy (Heyer) Hilbert, Topton and Patricia A. (Hilbert) widow of Dr. Gary S. Roth, Fleetwood. In addition, there are 5 Grandchildren, Connie (Rohrbach) Geist, Tracy (Rohrbach) wife of Keith Boyer, Sheri (Rohrbach) wife of Tim Furry, Lisa (Rohrbach) wife of Michael Kline, Steven husband of Joann (Madeira) Rohrbach, and 8 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by Sister, Gladys P. (Hilbert) widow of Paul Grim.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, February 13, 2008, from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Saint Peter’s Cemetery, Macungie. Friends may call Wednesday, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
