Edna M Seibert

Edna M. Seibert, 90, of Topton, died Saturday, December 18, 2010, in the Henry Health Care Center of The Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the widow of Orville K. Seibert who died June 4, 1992.

Born in Longswamp Township, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Alice E. (Miller) Rohrbach. She was a member of Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, Mertztown, where she was a former church council member and Sunday school teacher. She worked as a self-employed domestic in the area.

She is survived by Daughter, Carol A. (Seibert) wife of Donald J. Confer, Alburtis; Son, Dennis E. husband of Sandra J. (Ziegler) Seibert, Topton. Other survivors include Grandchildren, Dawn D. (Seibert) Slegel, Stacy J. Confer-Resch and Jessica L. Confer; Great Grandchildren, Alison M. (Slegel) Boti and Andrew T. Slegel. There is also her caregiver, Faith Miholics, with whom she resided. She was predeceased by a Sister, Priscilla (Rohrbach) Weaver.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 11:00 AM from Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, 50 Luther Drive, Mertztown. Interment in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Wednesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.
