Edna M Kaufman

Edna M. (Derr) Kaufman, 84, of Kutztown, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 in Kutztown Manor, Inc.

Born in Macungie, she was a daughter of the late Irvin and Anna (Eisenhard) Derr. Mrs. Kaufman was a member of Zion Moselem Lutheran Church, Richmond Township and was employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant by The Lutheran Home at Topton for many years.

She is survived by 2 Grandchildren, Anthony Kaufman, Lenhartsville, and Shannon Kaufman, Richmond Township; and a Brother, Earl Derr, Mertztown. She was predeceased by 2 children, Randal Kaufman in 1989 and Sherry Kaufman in 1992; and a Sister, Virginia (Derr) Geist.

In accordance with Edna's wishes, graveside services will be private in Ziegels Church Union Cemetery, Breinigsville.

The family requests contributions be made in Edna's memory to the Edna M. Kaufman Memorial Fund, to help defray funeral costs, c/o Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., P.O. Box 292, Kutztown, PA  19530-0292. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
