Edna E Reitenauer

Edna E. Reitenauer, 93, formerly of Richmond Township, died Friday, July 1, 2011 in Tremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Tremont, PA. She was the wife of the late Raymond C. Reitenauer and companion of the late George E. “Pappy” Adam.

Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of the late Edwin D. and Sally L. (Yoder) Bachman. She was employed by the former Wenton Shoe Factory, Kutztown for 25 years.

She is survived by Sons, Leroy C., husband of Debra A. (Bleiler) Reitenauer, Kutztown, Walter R., husband of Louise L. (Gorensen) Reitenauer, Shoemakersville; Daughters, Florence I. (Reitenauer) wife of Russell Grow, Fredericksburg, Jeanette F. (Reitenauer) wife of Russell Miller, Lebanon, Catherine M. (Reitenauer) Eyrich, and Nellie P. (Reitenauer) Hoffer, Reading; Brothers, Elton Bachman, Hamburg and John Bachman, Fleetwood. There are also 19 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by Sons, Ralph C. and Ruel C. Reitenauer, and Daughter, Shirley M. (Reitenauer) Fegely; Sister, Fern (Bachman) Muth and Brothers, Ralph D. and Calvin J. Bachman.

Funeral Services are Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 10:30 AM in Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, PA, 19530. Interment in Zion Moselem Cemetery, Fleetwood. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the funeral home.
