Earl Edward Dalrymple, 80, of Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2023 in his residence. He was the loving husband of Vicki L. (Brown) Dalrymple whom he married on June 10, 1995. They celebrated 28 years of marriage one day before his passing.
Born in Union Township, NJ, Earl was a son of the late Clifford B. and Nellie C. (Stires) Dalrymple and was a lifelong farmer. Not only was he raised on his family farm in New Jersey, Earl was a self-employed farmer on his own farm in Bradford County, PA for many years. He farmed his land with his German shepherds by his side. He was extremely gifted with operating farm machinery and caring for animals.
Earl was a faithful servant of God and was a member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, Allentown. Most recently, Earl and Vicki attended Redeemer Bible Fellowship Church, Topton. Earl held various leadership and teaching positions at various churches throughout the years, including being a Deacon, Elder, Sunday school teacher and small group leader. He also enjoyed Bible Study, whether it was small group or during his own reflection.
Along with his wife Vicki, Earl is survived by many nieces and nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Earl was predeceased by his siblings, Search Dalrymple, Pauline Trach, Arlene Pascoe, Audrey Smith and Wayne Dalrymple.
A funeral service to celebrate and honor Earl's life will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Orchard Hills Church, 2096 Independent Road, Breinigsville, with Pastor Dan Hoffstetter officiating. Burial will follow in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Krumsville. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the church.
