Dwight W. Romig

Dwight W. Romig, 68, of Longswamp Township, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Inpatient Hospice - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. Born in Allentown, PA, Dwight was the son of the late Wayne W. and Gloria F. (Guinther) Romig.

Dwight was a 1976 graduate of Brandywine Heights High School, Topton, He was employed by Longswamp Township as a maintenance worker for 28 years until his retirement two years ago. He was also a lifelong farmer.

Dwight was a member of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis, PA, The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Pioneer Grange #1777 and Topton Fish and Game Association. He enjoyed the great outdoors, trap shooting and riding his motorcycle.

Dwight is survived by his brother, David W. Romig of Florida, two nephews, Kevin J. Romig, Alburtis, PA, and Nate J. Romig, Oley, PA; and his cousin, Phillip and Ellen Long, Mertztown, PA.

Private services will be held for Dwight in Huff Church Union Cemetery, Alburtis, PA.
