Dustin Chase Smith

Dustin Chase Smith, 20, of Albany Township, died tragically June 24, 2015 as the result of a fall in Greenwich Township.

Born in San Diego, Calif., he was a son of Jeffrey A. and Abigail J. (Bausher) Smith, with whom he resided. A 2013 graduate of Kutztown Area High School, Dustin loved his teammates and was proud to have represented Kutztown Baseball and Football. Dustin was employed as a member of the wait staff of C. J. Hummel's Restaurant, Lenhartsville, for the past four years. He last worked June 24, 2015.

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey and Abigail, he is survived by Brothers, Brandon L. Bausher, Garrett H. Smith and Dillon R. Smith, all at home. Other survivors include his Maternal Grandmother, Elizabeth M. (McIlvain) Bausher, Exeter Township; his Paternal Grandmother, Grace I. (Marbarger) Smith, Florence, SC.  Dustin was predeceased by both his Maternal Grandfather, Jordon L. Bausher; and his Paternal Grandfather, Raymond C. Smith.

A memorial celebration of Dustin's life will be announced at a later date.
