Durward Tolbert

Durward Tolbert, 65, of Fleetwood, PA died Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Reading, PA. He was the partner of the late William Vick Robbins.

Born in Upson County, Georgia, he was a son of the late Annie Mae (Matthews) and Hezekiah Tolbert. Durward moved to New York, NY in the early 60’s and in the late 80’s moved to Fleetwood where he resided until his death.

He is survived by Sister Dolline (Tolbert) Ferguson and Brother Felton Tolbert, both of Thomaston, GA and Brother Milwood Tolbert, address unknown; and, a host of nieces, nephews, close cousins and friends who mourn his passing.

Memorial Services will be held in Thomaston, GA. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
