Dorothy L. (Keim) Turner, 94, of Rockland Township, Pa, died on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the widow of Raymond S. Turner, who died April 16, 2008. Born in Maxatawny Township, Dorothy was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Stella H. (Schmoyer) Keim. She was a faithful and very active member of the former New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Rockland Township. Dorothy was very in volved in shoofly pie baking and potpie dinners at New Jerusalem for many years.
Dorothy was a graduate of Kutztown Area Senior High School, Class of 1949. She was a homemaker.
Dorothy enjoyed tending her flowers, watching the birds and other wildlife that would visit her property. Dorothy loved to play Parcheesi, Flinch, and Gin Rummy with her grandchildren.
Dorothy is survived by four children: Allen C. Turner, Fleetwood; Sherwood R. Turner, Oley; Dean J. Turner, Mertztown; and Keith B. Turner, Milford, DE. Other survivors include ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. There is also a sister, Rachel F. (Keim) Moyer, Fleetwood. In addition to her husband, Raymond, and parents, Dorothy was predeceased by a daughter, Lori A. (Turner) Eck, who died July 27, 2022; and brothers: Kenneth, Edwin, William, Dale, and Robert 'Bobby' Keim.
A graveside service to celebrate and honor Dorothy's life will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, 27 Lyons Road, Fleetwood. There are no public viewing or calling hours.
