Doreen R Miller

Doreen R. Miller, 64, of Kistler Valley Road, Kempton died Monday, April 14, 2008 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, shortly after admission. She was the wife of Russell H. Miller. They were married on November 20, 1965.

Born in Albany Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Norman J. and Luella M. (Reppert) Smith. She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Kutztown, where she was the former treasurer of the Project Workers. She was a 1961 graduate of Northwestern High School. She was a bookkeeper and teller at the New Tripoli National Bank from 1984 to 2007; prior to that she was an assembler at Allen Organ Company, Macungie, from 1961 to 1969.

She is survived by Husband, Son, Mark W. husband of Laura J. (Warke) Miller, Kempton; Daughter, Lynette L. (Miller) wife of Steven R. Daniels, New Tripoli; Brother, Harry F. husband of Margaret (Mitchell) Smith, Orefield; Grandsons, Mason R. Miller, Mitchell J. Miller, Owen S. Daniels and Evan S. Daniels.

Funeral Services are Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Frieden’s Church Cemetery, Stony Run. Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM.
