Donna M Washington

Donna M. Washington, 67, of Normal Avenue, Kutztown Borough, died Thursday, December 9, 2004, in Kutztown Manor Nursing Home, Kutztown, where she resided since December 3, 2004.

Born in West Sunbury, Butler County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard H. and the late Lela M. (Campbell) Pisor. She was first employed from 1956 to the mid 1960’s in the laundry of the former Pittsburgh School for the Deaf, Pittsburgh. She then worked as a sewing machine operator for the former Fleetwood Shirt Factory, Fleetwood, for several years. From 1972 until her retirement in 2000 she was employed as a laborer by East Penn Manufacturing Co., Lyon Station.

She is survived by Son, David G. Washington, with whom she resided; Brothers, John W. Pisor, Hilliards, Butler County, PA, Robert G. Pisor, Whiskerville, Butler County, PA; Sister, Isabell M. Pisor, Danville, Ohio; 1 Granddaughter. She was predeceased by a son Richard J. Washington, who died in 1979, and her former husband Grant G. Washington, in 1988.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, December 14, 2004, 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may all Monday, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Tuesday, 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
