Donald W Moyer

Donald W. Moyer, 65, of Richmond Township, died Tuesday, November 11, 2014, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he was a patient since October 31, 2014. He was the husband of Joan M. (Angstadt) Moyer. They were married December 9, 1967 .

Born in Easton , he was a son and step son of the late Laura K. (Cunnius) and Edwin Miller. Mr. Moyer was employed 41 years, retiring in March 2011, as a pot tender in the grid casting department of East Penn Manufacturing Company, Lyon Station .

He is survived by Wife; Sons, Donald L. Moyer and Randy A. Moyer, both of Richmond Township. Other survivors include Sisters, Margaret Enders, Florida, and Sharon Imbody, New Ringgold; Brothers, Ronald Moyer, Denver, CO and Edwin Miller, Pottstown. There are also 3 Grandchildren, Kaylee, Brandon and Dylan Moyer .

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014, at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with Reverend Arthur L. Hahn, officiating. Interment will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Relatives and friends may call Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home .

The family requests contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading, PA 19605 . Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
