Donald P Reinert

Donald P. Reinert, 73, of Kutztown, died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in his residence. He was the husband of Caroline J. (Houser) Reinert. They were married May 13, 2006.

Born in Alburtis, he was a son of the late Thomas E. and AdelLa M. (Meck) Reinert. He was employed as a brewer for Stroh’s Brewery, Fogelsville for 25 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Mertztown Rod and Gun club.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Joan M. (Reinert) wife of Michael Berg, Lyon Station, Patti F. (Reinert) wife of William Gruver, Fleetwood, Kathy Reinert, Hamburg; Son, Thomas D. husband of Donna (Kehl) Reinert, Mertztown; 6 Step Children; Sisters, Dian M. (Reinert) widow of Carl F. Blank, Mertztown, and Louise M. (Reinert) Eppel, Alburtis. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Nicholas Reinert, Kyle Gruver, Jared Reinert, Trevor Schadler, DaRel (Schadler) Samacicio, and 4 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Friday, November 12, 2010, at 3:00 PM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, 19530. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Friday from 1:30 to 3:00 PM in the funeral home.
