Diane J Lesher

Diane J. Lesher, 55, of Allentown, died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in her residence. She was the wife of Donald I. Lesher. They were married on February 22, 1975.

Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Paul Arndt and Betty J. (Schneck) Peters of Allentown. She was a 1971 graduate of Dieruff High School. She was a member of New Jerusalem Zion UCC Church, Lenhartsville. She, along with her husband owned and operated Glen Rock Water Company, Inc., Allentown. Diane enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and especially spending time with her family. She was an avid writer of poetry and was recently published in the “International Library of Poetry”. She was also active in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Bethlehem.

She is survived by Husband, Son, Todd D. husband of Lisa M. (Diehl) Lesher, Macungie; Daughter, Heather D. Lesher, Allentown; Grandson, Logan T. Lesher; 3 Sisters, and 1 Brother. She was predeceased by 2 Brothers.

Funeral Services are Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM.
