Dian M. (Reinert) Blank, 83, of Mertztown, died Friday, February 11, 2022, in The Lutheran Home at Topton, Longswamp Township, where she was a patient since October. She was the widow of Carl F. Blank, who died October 4, 2009. Her first husband, William H. Bennecoff, died February 26, 1986. Dian was born in Longswamp Township, a daughter of the late Thomas P. and Adella M. (Meck) Reinert. She was a member of Zion's Union Church, Maxatawny.
Dian was a graduate of Brandywine Heights High School, Class of 1957.
Dian worked as a mail clerk for Caloric Corporation, at its former Topton plant, from 1980 until its closure. She also worked for Wenton Shoe Company, Kutztown.
Dian enjoyed crocheting, baking, and word search puzzles.
Dian is survived by a son, Robert W. Bennecoff, Mertztown; and a grandson, Codey W., husband of Gabriella R. (McDevitt) Bennecoff, Gilbertsville. Other survivors include a sister, Louise J. (Reinert) Eppel, Alburtis; Nieces: Jodi L. (Bauer), wife of Jason L. Riley, Gardners, Adams County; and Ami L. (Bauer), wife of Thomas E. Greiner, Matamoras, Pike County. There is also a great niece: Jolene L. Riley, Gardners; and a great nephew Riley E. Greiner, Matamoras.
In addition to her husbands and parents, Dian was predeceased by a brother, Donald P. Reinert.
Services for Dian will be held privately by her family.
