David W Rump

David W. Rump, 43, of Hawk Mountain Road, Kempton died Monday, August 14, 2006. He was the husband of Julia (Thames) Rump. They were married on May 26, 1981.

He was the son of Betty Jean (Kunkel) of Lenhartsville and the late Harlan L. Rump. He was a burner at Mayer Pollock Steel, Pottstown, for 7 years last working on April 15, 2004; prior to that he was a pourer at McConway and Torley, Kutztown, for 9 years. He was Lutheran.

He is survived by Wife, Mother, Sons, David W., Jr. husband of Melissa M. (Fritsch) Kutztown; Derrick W., Dustin W. and his Fiancé, Kelly M. Vanderpool; Daughter, Julia Rump all at home; Brothers, Harlan W., Orwigsburg, Andrew, Lenhartsville; Sisters, Nancy J. Kramer, Alburtis, Barbara Ann Jenkins, Rutherglenn, VA, LaRue B. Pope serving with the US Navy and currently stationed in North Carolina, Brenda L. Hopkins, Kutztown, Donna M. Thompson, Reading; Grandchildren, Nadine M., Chloe M. and Trevor W. Rump. He was predeceased by brother, John David Rump in 1996.

Funeral Services are Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Saturday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.
