David L. Delnegro

David L. DelNego of Maxatawny Township died on December 2, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, after a long illness.  He was 66.

David was the son of Lica and Ellen (Ziegler) DelNegro of Glen Hills, PA.  He is survived (in order of importance) by Shadow, the cat, Richard (Dick) Horton, his husband of five years and partner of 30 years, brother Mark Del Negro and his partner Jocelyn Wood of West Chester, PA; nephew Mark Del Nelgro, Jr., of Wilmington, DE; and nieces Erin Murphy of Middletown, DE; and Candace Jones of Mansfield, PA.  David appreciated his caregivers, Kevin Sibcy and Vince Monteleone.

David was a graduate of Springfield High School, Delaware County and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Temple University, Philadelphia.  He taught Music and Driver's Education at Westtown School, Chester County.  In recent years, he ran an automotive titling messenger service, owned 35 rental properties in the City of Reading, and operated Grim's Manor Bed & Breakfast, Kutztown.  David was an avid Disney fan and hold the record for attending the largest number of continous set (57) of the a capella choir, "Voices of Liberty" at Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida.

A Family Directed Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, January 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at the home of Robert Wiggins, 1257 Westtown-Thornton Road, West Chester, PA 19382.
