Daniel B. Potochniak

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel B. Potochniak, of Topton, PA and formerly of Schnecksville, PA, who left us on March 7, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on June 2, 1941, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, Daniel was a beloved husband and father and a talented software programmer whose contributions to the field of data management will be remembered by many.

Daniel is survived by his two children, Steven Potochniak and Linda Slimm and five grandchildren. His wife, Nancy T. (Twining) Potochniak and parents, John and Anna (Firmanick) Potochniak, predeceased him.

As we remember Daniel, we cherish the moments we shared and the impact he had on our lives. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.

Services for Daniel will be held privately by his family.
