Dale P Fogel

Dale P. Fogel, 77, of District Township, died March 3, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Beverly L. (Fahler) Fogel, they celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary November 28, 2014. His first wife, Marilyn (Cleaver) Fogel predeceased him .

Born in District Township , he was a son of the late Wayne A., Sr., and Elsie M. (Brensinger) Fogel. Mr. Fogel was a member of the Lutheran congregation of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis.  Dale worked as an assembler at Mack Trucks, Allentown, over 36 years until his retirement in 2003. Previously he worked for the former Bally Block Co., Bally .

He is survived by Wife, Beverly; Daughter, Vicki D. (Fogel) wife of Craig A. Werst, Mertztown; son, Craig A. Fogel companion of Donna M. Buehrle, Pennsburg. Other survivors include a Twin Sister, Dolores P. wife of Ray Funk, Sisters, Faye J. wife of Bert Luft and Loretta J. wife of James Rohrbach, all of Boyertown, Barbara A. widow of Francis Kreiser, Oley and Marlene E. wife of Richard Mauger, Barto; Brothers, Gary L. Fogel, Bechtelsville and Wayne A., Jr. and his wife Beatrice Fogel, Boyertown. There are 2 Grandchildren, Alan D. husband of Jane E. (Lebo) Werst and Ashley M. Werst and a Great Grandson, Alexander P. Werst. There are also 3 Step Children. He was also predeceased by a sister, Helen G. Benjamin .

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM from Huff's Union Church, 540 Conrad Road, Alburtis. Interment in Huff's Church Union Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Sunday evening, March 8, 2015 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton, PA. and Monday from 10:30 to 11:00 AM in the church .

The family requests contributions be made to Huff's Union Church Memorial Fund, 540 Conrad Road, Alburtis, PA 18011 . Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
