Cynthia A. (Clouse) Ceykovsky, 47, of Topton, died suddenly on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, shortly after arrival. She was the companion of Dennis P. Oswald, with whom she resided.
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Larry R. and Patricia H. (Martin) Clouse, Orefield. Cynthia was a 1986 graduate of Emmaus High School. She earned an Associate's degree in Health Information Technology from Lehigh County Community College, Schnecksville, in 1993. Cynthia worked as a receptionist for Teamsters Union, Local 773, Allentown, for several years. Prior to that, she worked as a secretary for Cherrydale Farms, Fogelsville. Cynthia was a voracious reader and very fond of her cats.
Cynthia is survived by her Parents, Larry R. and Patricia H. (Martin) Clouse and Companion, Dennis P. Oswald; a Daughter, Brandi L. Ceykovsky, Trexlertown; Son, Gregory A. Ceykovsky, Trexlertown. Other survivors include a Brother, Brian J. Clouse, Eagleville; and her former husband, Jeffrey K. Ceykovsky, Trexlertown; and her feline companions, Rocky, Ranger and Rays.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2:00 PM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton, with Reverend Jeremiah A. Sassaman, officiating. Relatives and friends may call Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the funeral home. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
The family requests contributions be made in memory of Cynthia, to Forgotten Felines and Fidos, Inc., P.O. Box 62, Germansville, PA 18053-0062. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
