Craig Ernest Richards

Craig E. Richards, 59, of Rockland Township, died peacefully, June 13, 2024, in his home surrounded by his family. Born in Allentown, Craig was a son of Mary (Oscavich) Hottle, Catasauqua.

Craig owned and operated Richard's Lawn and Property Maintenance, and Decorative Touch Concrete, LLC. He was a handyman, a mechanic, a photographer, a carpenter, and above all, a loving father.

Craig was a car enthusiast and throughout his life purchased and restored hundreds of cars. He wasn't loyal to any one brand and didn't have a favorite car. He fell in love with them all.

In addition to his mother, Craig is survived by his twin sons, Anthony Craig Richards, and Zachary Craig Richards; and his youngest son, Samuel Craig Richards, husband of Erin G. (Dougherty) Richards. Other survivors include two sisters, Justine (Richards) Calderon, wife of Derrick Morris; and Evonne (Richards) Johnson, wife of David Wirth.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Craig's life will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
