Clifford W Youse

Clifford W. Youse, 81, of Maxatawny Township, died Thursday, December 13, 2007 in Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, West Reading, where he was admitted December 11th. He was the husband of Shirley M. (Silsdorf) Youse; they were married July 12, 1947.

Born in Fleetwood, he was a son of the late John and Lilly (Eck) Youse. Mr. Youse was a machine technician for Rockwell International, Reading, for 40 years, until his retirement in 1987. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served in World War II. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Kutztown.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Geraldine A. (Youse) wife of Timothy T. Malone, Fleetwood, LeCindie L. (Youse) wife of James Downs, Las Vegas, NV; Brother, Roy Youse, Hills Grove, PA; Sister, Betty (Youse) Bieber, Alburtis, PA. Also surviving are 3 Grandchildren, Cathleen Rose, Colin Malone and Ryan Spadt; 2 Great Grandchildren, Ella Rose and Meara Rose. He was pre-deceased by a Sister, Viola (Youse) Bucks and a Brother, Richard Youse.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from St. John’s Lutheran Church, 201 East Main Street, Kutztown. Interment in Hope Cemetery, Dryville, with Military Honors by Ray A. Master, Post #217, American Legion, Honor Guard, Topton. Friends may call Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service in the church.
