Clarence F Hein

Clarence F. Hein, 95, of Kutztown, PA died Wednesday, July 25, 2007 in the Kutztown Manor. He was the husband of the late Carrie A. (Clauss) Hein who died on December 13, 1997.

Born in Perry Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late James H. and Mary B. (Mengel) Hein. He was a deliveryman for the Kutztown Area School District for 10 years; he was a car detailer for Kutztown Auto for 10 years; and prior to that he was a carpenter for an independent contractor for five years and a self employed farmer from 1933 until 1954 all in the Kutztown area. He was a member of Zion UCC Church, Hamburg.

He is survived by Daughters, Betty J. (Hein) widow of Elwood W. Sterner and Nancy L. (Hein) Thomas both of Fleetwood, Linda J. (Hein) wife of Matthew W. Riggs, Kutztown; 16 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by Son, Harold J. Hein on September 11, 2005.

Funeral Services are Monday, July 30, 2007 at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Zion Cemetery of Perry Township. Friends may call Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
