Mrs. Claire Ann Morris

Claire Ann (Smith) Morris, 66, of Mertztown, PA, and formerly of Lancaster, PA and Blytheville, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 in Tower Health - Reading Hospital, West Reading, PA. She was the widow of Stephen Hall Morris who died on January 17, 2017.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Claire Ann was a daughter of Claire (Cuda) Smith, of Valencia, PA, and the late George F. Smith. She was a graduate of Slippery Rock High School, Slippery Rock, PA and later received her Doctor of Naturopathy. Most recently, Claire Ann was employed by Akron Nutrition Center, Akron, PA. When living in Arkansas, she worked at Main Street Market for many years.

Claire Ann was a devout Christian and attended Harvest Fellowship Church, Stevens, PA. She also enjoyed traveling, reading, and sewing.

Along with her mother, Claire Ann is survived by her three children, Livia T. (Morris) Brenner, and husband Tom, Mertztown, PA, Jared G.P. Morris, and wife LaTricia, Lancaster, PA, and Stephen L. Morris, and wife Mandi, Schnecksville, PA; sister, Heather Rose Smith, and husband Joe Scolaro, Valancia, PA; six grandchildren, Emma, Hannah, Raven, Tristan, Noah and Kylie; and two step-great grandchildren, Caleb and Carson.

A memorial service to celebrate and honor Claire Ann's life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 6735 Cetronia Rd, Allentown, PA.
