Clair E. Deisher, 82, of Topton, died Friday, October 14, 2011. He was the husband of Roberta M. (Kerchner) Deisher. They were married January 30, 1954.
Born in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh Co., he was a son of the late Homer G. and Edna M. (Trexler) Deisher. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton. Mr. Deisher was a US Army veteran of the Korean conflict. He was employed over 45 years on the assembly line in the Enamel Department of Caloric Corporation, at its former Topton plant. After that, he worked for Napa Auto Parts, Kutztown as a delivery driver.
He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Denise R. (Deisher) wife of John Winarchick, Center Valley, Tina M. (Deisher) Stewart, Fleetwood, Patrice D. Deisher, Temple. Other survivors include a Sister, Anna M. (Deisher) wife of Richard F. Druckenmiller, and a brother, Carl F. Deisher, both of Topton. There are also 3 Grandchildren, David A. husband of Jaime E. (Conrad) Mertz, Corrie L. wife of Javier Ramos and Jami C. wife of Nathan B. Phipps. There are also 5 Great Grandchildren, Lily R. Ramos, Toby I. Ramos, Lucho A. Ramos and Twins, Royson S. and Keegan L. Phipps. Clair was predeceased by Sister, Evelyn K. Schoedler in 2009.
At Clair’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
