Christine A Keiser Yost

Christine A. Keiser Yost, 61, of Topton, died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, where she was a patient since Friday. She was the wife of Thomas J. Yost, Jr. They were married May 21, 1993.

Born in Reading, PA, she was a daughter of the late William R. and Bertha T. (Nabozny) Stamm. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton. She first worked for Caloric Corporation, Topton, for 18 years as an inspector. She then worked as a Customer Service Representative for Aetna Insurance, Allentown, for 4 years until her retirement in 1998. She was a 1964 graduate of Reading High School, Reading, PA. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Ray A. Master, Post #217, American Legion, Topton, for 36 years. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Topton Volunteer Fire Company, No.1, Topton.

She is survived by Son, Timothy A. husband of Wendy L. (Bailey) Burnish, Topton; Stepson, Justin T. Yost, Tamaqua; Twin step children, Jackie (Keiser) Ream, Fleetwood and John Keiser, Topton,; Stepdaughters, Nanette (Keiser) Harden and Shelly Keiser, both of Lyon Station; Sisters, Barbara (Stamm) wife of Lewis Olszewski, Leesport and Cynthia M. Stamm, Mertztown; Brothers, Harold L. Royles, III, Topton, Michael J. Royles, Sinking Spring; Granddaughters, Kasey-Jo E. Burnish and Sara M. Burnish.

Funeral Services are Thursday, July 31, 2008, 10:30 a.m. from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Wednesday, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
