Chester L Eck Jr

Chester L. Eck, Jr., 63, of Kutztown, died Thursday, May 31, 2012 in his home. He was the widower of Cynthia A. (Newhard) Eck who died October 16, 1996.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Chester L., Sr., and Florence A. (Stump) Eck. Chester attended Tabernacle Church, Kutztown. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Viet Nam War. Mr. Eck worked as a foreman at the former Deisher Knitting Mill, Kutztown.

He is survived by Son, Jason T. Eck companion of Anne Marie (Magazino) Undercuffler, Kutztown, and a daughter, Erika S. (Eck) wife of David R. Kline, Myerstown. Other survivors include two grandchildren, Cassandra V. Seyler and Shawn T. Seyler.

Graveside services and interment will be held Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 10:00 AM in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
