Chad A Lewis

Chad A. Lewis, 39, of Greenwich Township, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 14, 2014 in Longswamp Township.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Randy L., husband of Gloria J. (Weller) Lewis of Kutztown, and Patricia A. (Moyer) Lewis, Lyon Station. He was a 1993 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. Chad was employed as a materials handler by Orefield Cold Storage and Distribution Center, Inc., Orefield., for one years. Prior to that, he was employed as a materials handler by Advance Auto Parts, New Smithville, for three years. He was an avid reader, fisherman, and enjoyed the outdoors.

He is survived by Parents; Daughters, Kayla J. Readinger, Mohnton, Tyerney A. Lewis, Kutztown; Son, Bane A. Lewis, Kutztown. Other survivors include a Sister, Nicole A. Lewis, Takoma, WA; Brothers, Nathan A., husband of Danielle Lewis, Kutztown, and Casey A., husband of Kyra Lewis, Anchorage, AK; Maternal Grandfather, Ernest, husband of Claire Moyer, Leesport.  He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Chad was predeceased by his Maternal Grandmother, Maxine (Ferguson) Moyer; and his Paternal Grandparents, Arthur and Yvonne (Iles) Lewis.

Memories of Chad will be shared Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Inurnment will be private. Relatives and friends may call Sunday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:45 PM in the funeral home.
