Catherine M. Reinhard-Hunt, of Las Vegas, NV and formerly of Kutztown, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007 in Spring Valley Hospital, Las Vegas, shortly after admission. She was the wife of Clyde M. “Michael” Hunt, having celebrated their 18 th wedding anniversary.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Thomas D. Reinhard of Kutztown, and the late Shirley L. (Zettlemoyer) Reinhard. She was a 1971 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She was a hospital technician for United Blood Services and a volunteer for Opportunity Village (a nonprofit charity), both in Las Vegas. Cathy was the strongest, most patient, determined, most inspiring and compassionate woman that any of her family and friends could be fortunate enough to know.
She is survived by Husband, Father, Son, William, Las Vegas; Daughters, Tiffany, Tabitha, Casey, all of Las Vegas, Shelly, Boise, Idaho and LeeAnn, Las Vegas. In addition, she is survived by Granddaughters, Alyssa, Ivy, and Piper; Brothers, Thomas C. and Robert G. of Kutztown; She was predeceased by a brother Scott A. Reinhard in 1972. She may be gone, but she will never be forgotten. She will forever remain our one and only Cass.
Funeral Services are Thursday, April 5, 2007, 10:30 AM from Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 1343 Long Lane Road, Kutztown. Interment in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Kutztown. Friends may call Thursday, 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the church. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
