Catherine C Kemp

Catherine C. Kemp, 92, of Forgedale Road, Bechtelsville, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where she was admitted March 18, 2008. She was the widow of Harvey M. Kemp who died in 1983.

Born in Berks County, she was a daughter of the late William and Cora (Derr) Miller. She was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of Huff’s Union Church, Alburtis, where she was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Brother, Albert widower of Catherine (Oswald) Miller, Emmaus; Nieces, Shirley B. (Kemp) widow of Richard Fluck, Boyertown, Marian J. (Kemp) wife of Raymond J. Stettler, Lyon Station, Jean B. (Kemp) widow of Lee E. Meck, Hamburg; Nephews, Kermit E. husband of Georgianna (Goll) Kemp, Levittown, Ernest W. husband of Joyce (Seigfried) Kemp, Barto, GlenRoy husband of Patricia (Oswald) Miller, Emmaus, Eugene husband of Janet (Rothermel) Kemp, Leesport, Donald husband of Shirley M. (Spotts) Kemp, Shillington and Carl husband of Barbara (Zimmerman) Miller, Emmaus. She was predeceased by Sisters, Beulah, Sallie and Mabel.

Funeral Services are Monday, March 31, 2008, 10:30 a.m. from Huff’s Union Church, 540 Conrad Road, Alburtis. Interment in Huff’s Church Union Cemetery, Alburtis. Friends may call Monday, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the church.

The family requests contributions be made to the Capital Improvement Fund of Huff’s Union Church, 540 Conrad Road, Alburtis, PA 18011. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
