Carol A. (Naus) Kemp Reinhard, 87, of Kutztown, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2025 in her residence. She was the loving wife of Ronald M. Reinhard, whom she married on February 1, 1969.Born in Kutztown, Carol was a daughter of the late Harold A. and Irma J. (Heffner) Naus, and was a 1955 graduate of Kutztown Area High School. Carol was employed as a waitress by the former Moselem Springs Inn, Fleetwood, by the former Wenton Shoe Company, Kutztown, and as a custodian by Kutztown University for 12 years until her retirement.
Carol was a dedicated and faithful member of Saint Paul’s United Church of Christ, Kutztown, where she served as a longtime member of the choir, consistory, and choir director for over 20 years. Music was truly her passion as she sang at countless weddings over the years, played in a local recorder group, and passed the love down to her children and grandchildren. Carol adored Walt Disney World and made too many trips to count there since her first time in 1977. As Disney Vacation Club members, she, Ronald, and all of her family were always welcomed home to Old Key West Resort. Carol was actively involved as a participant and supporter for many years in the Relay for Life as a breast cancer survivor. As we reflect on Carol’s life, we remember her warmth, her generosity, and the love she shared with those around her. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to inspire kindness and compassion in others
