Carl M Trexler

Carl M. Trexler, 80, of Allentown, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township where he was a patient since October 22, 2011.

Born in Topton, he was a son of the late Harry A. and Erma B. (Derr) Trexler. He owned and operated the Iron Run Bar, Restaurant and Motel, Kuhnsville until his retirement in the early 1990’s.

He is survived by Companion, Dolores (Falso) Mickelson, Whitehall; Grandchildren, Shawn M. husband of Abbie A. (Felton) Trexler, Kempton and Stephanie L. (Trexler) wife of Richard A. Seidel, Fleetwood. Other survivors include Sisters, May (Trexler) widow of Victor Behm, Topton, Ruth (Trexler) widow of George Kistler, Topton and Myrl (Trexler) widow of Einar Andersen, Topton and Brothers, Irwin “Buddy” husband of Glenna Trexler, Topton and Lowell husband of Shirley Trexler, Topton. There are also Great Grandchildren, Jarrett S. and Olivia M. Trexler and Colin R. Seidel. Mr. Trexler was predeceased by a Son, Scott Edward Trexler who died in infancy and a Son, Martin C. Trexler who died October 30, 2009. He was also predeceased by Sisters, Irene (Trexler) Stopp, Fern (Trexler) Schade, Francis (Trexler) Miller and Eleanor (Trexler) Reppert and a Brother, Franklin A. Trexler.

Funeral Services are Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Saturday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
