Calvin M Leiby Jr

Calvin M. Leiby, Jr., 81, of Greenwich Township, died Saturday, September 24, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Doris L. (Seidel) Leiby. They were married October 23, 1971.

Born in Mahanoy City, Schuylkill Co., he was a son of the late Calvin M. Sr., and Doris (Knecht) Leiby. Calvin was a graduate of Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in poultry husbandry and chemistry. He was employed as a lathe operator at Polymer Plastics Corporation, Reading for over 25 years, retiring in 1992.

He is survived by Wife, Daughters, Heidi A. Leiby, Kutztown, and Lucy A. Leiby wife of Mark A. Bellenoit, Kutztown, Step-Daughter, Lisa C. (Kline) wife of Rick Stopp, Kutztown. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; Ryan P. Stopp, Cullin A. Adam, Emma C. Adam, Galen E. Adam, Ethan M. Leiby, Jonathan S. Bellenoit. He was predeceased by a Sister, Louise V. (Leiby) McNeill.

Graveside Services are Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may call Thursday, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown.
