C David Weaver

C. David Weaver, 56, of 52 Bitting Road, Alburtis, died Tuesday, January 20, 2003, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was married to Veronica M. (Mauer) Weaver for 16 years in September.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of C. Norman Weaver of Emmaus and the late Dorothy L. (Och) Weaver. He was a facility manager for General Electric Polymer Shapes Co., Fogelsville, since 2001 and previously for Insulgard, Nazareth, 1996-2001. Previously, he was a quality control manager for Artistic Glass Co., Trumbauersville, 1963-96. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Berks County basketball official for 20 years and a Little League coach for Brandywine Youth Baseball Association, Topton, for 10 years.

He is survived by Wife; Father; Sons, Michael A. of Topton, Mark D. of Fleetwood; Daughter, Angela M. Weaver, and Stepson, Ryan S. Gresh, both at home; Sisters, Maryjane L. Zanders of Allentown, Dorothy M. Richard of Macungie; Brother, Norman R. of Emmaus; 2 Grandsons.

Funeral services are Saturday, January 24, 2004 at 10:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of services.

The family requests contributions be made to the Brandywine Youth Baseball Association, PO Box 65, Topton, PA 19562. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
