Brenda L. Gardner

Brenda L. (Dietrich) Gardner, 78, formerly of Topton, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 2, 2026 in Easton, PA. She was the widow of Ronald Gardner who died in 1989.

Born in Reading, PA, Brenda was a daughter of the late Ira G. and Lillian M. (Kutz) Dietrich and was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Krumsville. Brenda was a 1965 graduate of Kutztown Area High School and Allentown Business School.

Brenda was the co-owner and operator of the former Suburban Drive-In, Kutztown. Most recently, Brenda worked as a Home Health Aide for Spirit Care for five years.

Brenda loved arts and crafts and gardening. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, especially the birds who she would often enjoy feeding. Brenda was a nurturing mother, a devoted friend, and a source of unwavering support, bringing light and laughter to all those around her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Brenda is survived by her two children, Scott M. Blatt, husband of Melissa A. (Moyer) Blatt, Kempton, and Wendy L. Blatt, wife of Todd E. Stewart, Surf Side Beach, SC; and two grandchildren, Ever Stewart and Todd Stewart.

Services for Brenda will be held privately by her family with burial in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Krumsville.
