Blaine Carroll

Blaine A. Carroll, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and warmth. Born on December 12, 1941, Blaine lived a full and meaningful life marked by devotion to his family and the simple joys that brought him happiness.

For 55 wonderful years, Blaine was married to his devoted wife, Helen Heffner Carroll. Their marriage was a true testament to enduring love, partnership and loyalty. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, support and cherished memories.

Blaine was the proud father of his daughter, Tammy Carroll, whom he deeply loved. He took great joy in watching her grow, always offering his encouragement, wisdom and quiet strength.

A hardworking and faithful employee, Blaine devoted 35 years of service to East Penn Manufacturing Co., Inc., Lyon Station, working from 1971 until his retirement in 2006. His co-workers knew him as dependable, kind, and deeply committed to his work.

Outside of his career, Blaine found joy in the things that spoke to his soul- playing his guitar and listening to music. Music was his comfort and his passion, filling his days with rhythm, creativity and peace.

Blaine will be remembered for his gentile spirit, warm heart, and the steady presence he offered to everyone in his life. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his and all who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace.

A funeral service to celebrate and honor Blaine's life will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes and Cremation Care, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, PA, with The Reverend Martin Milne officiating. Burial will be held privately in Frieden's Church Cemetery, Lenhartsville. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
