Beulah M. (Oswald) Bogert, 76, of Fleetwood, died Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, surrounded by her loving family. She was the long-time companion of Stanton L. Barrows of Pennsburg; and the widow of Bernell H. Bogert, who died February 7, 1998 .
Born in Mertztown, she was a daughter of the late Elmer W. and Beulah M. (Hilbert) Oswald. Mrs. Bogert was a member of Christian Congregation Church, Mertztown. She was employed as a production worker by Kraft Foods, Allentown, for over 25 years, retiring in 1997. Prior to that, she worked as a folder at the former Keith Knitting Mills, Mertztown, and the former Royal Manufacturing, Alburtis. Mrs. Bogert was a member of Gabelsville Athletic Association, Boyertown .
She is survived by Sons, Dennis R., husband of Dianna C. (Brown) Bogert, Boyertown, Michael B. Bogert, Hamburg, Gary L., husband of Karen A. (George) Bogert, Mertztown, and Darryl K., husband of Laura J. (Stilwell) Bogert, Hardinsburg, KY; Sister, Faye (Oswald), widow of Warren Rohrbach, Kutztown; Brother, Richard, husband of Barbara Oswald, Topton. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; Kelly N. (Bogert) Bohning, Andrew R. Bogert, Ryan D. Bogert, Tyler B. Bogert, Stephanie M. Bogert, Michael J. Bogert, Melinda J. Bogert, Amanda L. (Bogert) Beverly, Megan L. Bogert, Noah W. Bogert, Aaron D. Bogert; 8 Step Grandchildren, Jeffrey O. Good, Danielle A. Melcher, Jessica R. (Cieslak) Mason, Sylvia J. Stilwell, Meagan J. Stilwell, Alexis N. Stilwell, Damarus M. Stilwell, David R. Cobbs; and 7 Great Grandchildren, Gage D. Bohning, Alexis T. Bohning, Trinity R. Bohning, Kennedy C. Bohning, Madison A. Bogert, Mason R. Bogert and Khloe L. Beverly. Mrs. Bogert was predeceased by a Sister, Betty (Oswald) Hilbert; and 5 Brothers, John Oswald, Charles Oswald, George Oswald, and Ray Oswald .
Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 19, 2015 at 10:30 AM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton, with Reverend Dr. Michael P. Combs, officiating. Interment will follow in Lehigh Zion Cemetery, Alburtis. Relatives and friends may call Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home .
