Betty M. Kline

Betty M. (Greiss) Kline, 93, died peacefully Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in The Lutheran Home at Topton. Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Gertrude E. (Gamler) Greiss.

Betty was the devoted wife of the late Harold H. Kline, who died January 28, 2017. They were married November 30, 1946. She was a member of Huff's Union Church, Alburtis.

Betty worked as a quality control inspector in several knitting mills, last working at Deisher Knitting Mills, Kutztown.

Betty is survived by her sons, Wayne H., husband of Mary Ann (Wink) Kline, Hamburg, and Barry L. Kline, Mertztown; sisters, Verna (Greiss) Erb, Boyertown, and Barbara (Greiss), wife of Ernest Hilbert, Bechtelsville; brothers, Kenneth "Sonny" Greiss, Pottstown. There are also seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, and loving husband Harold, Betty was pre-deceased by brothers, Chester Greiss, Fred "Junior" Greiss, and a sister, Erma (Greiss) Sheetz.

Services to honor and celebrate Betty's life will be private, at the convenience of the family.
