Betty L Biehl

Betty L. Biehl, 72, of South Park Avenue, Mertztown, PA died Thursday, January 24, 2008 in Manor Care, Allentown, PA where she had been a resident since November of 2007. She was the wife of Charles J. Biehl. They were married 38 years last August.

Born in Allentown, PA she was a daughter of the late Lewis M. and Dorothy I. (Stettler) Schaller. She was cook at Salisbury High School, Fountain Hill, for 23 years; and, she along with her husband owned and operated Charles Biehl Indoor-Outdoor Furniture, Mertztown, from 1970 to 2007. She was a member of the Christian Congregation Church, Mertztown.

She is survived by Husband and Sister Marion (Schaller) Layton, Allentown.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 10:30 AM from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
