Beatrice V Dietrich

Beatrice V. Dietrich, 87, of Kutztown, died Thursday, July 4, 2013 in her residence. She was the widow of William J. Dietrich, who died August 2, 2002.

Born in New Smithville, she was a daughter of the late Franklin and Verna (Grim) Leibensperger. She was a graduate of Kutztown Area High School. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Dietrich was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Kutztown, Order of the Eastern Star, East Penn Chapter #336, Kutztown, and the Kutztown Grange. She loved baking, and was an avid gardener and quilter.

She is survived by Son, Kenneth R., husband of Debra J. (Hertzog) Dietrich, Lenhartsville; Daughter-in-law, Diane L. (Miller), wife of Robert A. Kern, Kempton; Sister, Marilyn C. (Leibensperger) Smith, Downingtown; 5 Grandchildren, Ginger A. (Dietrich), wife of Richard M. Schappell, Marlo K. (Dietrich), wife of Steven D. Rohrbach, Michael K., husband of Amy N. (Lentz) Dietrich, Michelle R. (Dietrich), wife of Daniel D. Batz, Heather C. (Dietrich), wife of Jarad R. Grim; and 12 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Son, William C. Dietrich on January 15, 1996. She was predeceased by Sisters, Mryle Pauley and Janet (Pauley) wife of William Bieber, King of Prussia.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 10:30 AM in Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 1343 Long Lane Road, Kutztown, 19530. Interment will follow in New Bethel Zion Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the church. An Order of the Eastern Star service will begin at 10:15 AM.
