Beatrice M Zentner

Beatrice M. Zentner, 84, of Topton, residing at the Lutheran Home at Topton since August 2007, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, where she had been a patient since April 14 ^th . She was the wife of the late Welton E. Zentner who died on May 14, 2005.

Born in Topton she was a daughter of the late David A. and Lizzie M. (Rauenzahn) Hieter. Mrs. Zentner graduated from Emmaus High School in 1942. She was an active member at Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton, where she sang on the choir from 1939 to 2000 and was a Sunday School teacher for 45 years. She was a member of the Ray A. Master, Post #217, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Topton, and the Brandywine Minstrel from 1976 to 1994. She was a secretary to the vice president at Atlas Mineral Products, Inc., Mertztown, for 50 years retiring in 1992.

She is survived by Daughter, JoAnne L. (Zetner) wife of Robert E. Sunday, Bowers; Sister, Patricia A. (Hieter) wife of Homer H. Hilbert, Alburtis; God Child, David Hilbert; Grandchildren, Kim L. (Sunday) wife of Maurie D. Rhoads, Todd R. Sunday, Travis E. husband of Sally (Castings) Sunday, Kelly M. (Sunday) wife of Luis A. Rosa; Great Grandchildren, William Sunday, Ashley Sunday, Alexis Sunday, Michael Sunday, Holden Sunday, Ember Sunday, Antonio Rosa and Jasmyn Rosa. She was predeceased by Sister, Marlene D. (Hieter) Bieber.

Funeral Services are Friday, April 24, 2009 at 10:30 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Topton Union Cemetery, Topton. Friends may call Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.
