Arthur J Moll

Arthur J. Moll, 97, formerly of Longswamp Township, died Friday, April 17, 2009 in The Lutheran Home at Topton, where he was a patient one day. He was the husband of Pauline L. (Hottenstein) Moll, also a resident of The Lutheran Home at Topton. Last July 8 ^th they celebrated 75 years of marriage.

Born in Longswamp Township, he was a son of the late Oswin and Emma (Schadler) Moll. He was a member of the reformed congregation of Huff’s Union Church, Alburtis. He first worked as a laborer for the former Tyler Pipe Company, Macungie, for 28 years, then as a laborer in the highway department for PennDOT, eight years until his retirement in 1984. He was a life member of Seisholtzville Fire Company, Hereford Township.

He is survived by Wife; Daughter-in-Law, Betty J. (Conrad), Emmaus, widow of predeceased Son, Wayne E. Moll who died April 3, 2007; Granddaughter, Tammy R. (Moll) wife of Keith A. Sterner; Great Granddaughter, Kelly A. (Sterner) wife of Brian T. Fick,; Great-Great Grandson Myles T. Fick, all of Longswamp Township. He was predeceased by 8 Sisters and 4 Brothers.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 10:30 AM from Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Huffs Church Union Cemetery, Hereford Township. Friends may call Wednesday, 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home.

The family requests contributions to the memorial fund of Huff’s Union Church, 540 Conrad Road, Alburtis, PA 18011 or Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 South 12 ^th Street, Allentown, PA 18103. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
