Arline H. Warner, 92, of Topton, died March 18, 2013 in The Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of Lawrence A. Warner. They were married September 26, 1942.

Born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Frederick C. and Ethel (Hager) Hartman. Mrs. Warner was a member of St. Pauls United Church of Christ, Fleetwood. She was a 1938 graduate of Phillipsburg High School, a graduate of Churchman Business College, Easton, and a graduate of Northampton County Community College, Bethlehem. In 1981, she was the first woman President of the former Lehigh Valley Chapter of the National Association of Accountants, now known as the Institute of Management Accountants. Mrs. Warner was a member of the Delaware Chapter #50 Order of the Eastern Star, Phillipsburg. She was employed as an office manager at the former Palmer Supply Company of Easton and Allentown, and at the former Sobel Industries, Easton. Mrs. Warner was also employed as a Staff Accountant at Concannon, Gallagher and Miller CPA Firm, Bethlehem, retiring in 1982.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Gail W. Houck, Raleigh, North Carolina; grandchildren, Kenneth, husband of Joan Warner, Clearwater, Florida, and Cindy (Warner) wife of Keith English, Montoursville, Lycoming County; great grandsons, Aaron Westbrook and Andrew Warner. She was predeceased by a son, Gary A. Warner on April 1, 1995, and a brother, Charles F. Hartman.

Memorial services will be held Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Deibert Hall, located on the campus of The Lutheran Home at Topton, One South Home Avenue, Topton, with Reverend George G. Kinney officiating. Friends may from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in Deibert Hall. There will be a luncheon immediately following the memorial service in The Countryside Inn and Tavern, located in the Tower Court Building at The Lutheran Home. Inurnment will take place Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Easton Heights Cemetery, 410 North 10th Street, Easton.

The family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 3893 Adler Place, Suite 170, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Arrangements are by Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., Topton, PA.
